Membership term and cancellation

Membership is annual and also includes annual membership in the international ICOI organization.
A member wishing to cancel must notify the association’s office.
A cancellation request during the first 3 months of the calendar year takes effect on 31 March of that year.
A cancellation request during April–December takes effect on 31 December of that year.
